Instead of having money and private property which breeds conflict. Everything would be government property (public) and a social credit system like the one in China. Being a good citizen will give you all the perks but breaking the law will cause restrictions. Everyone will be viewed as equal as every job is important and without one, the whole society will collapse. Everyone will have basic rights such as housing, food and water but extra privileges will be based on your social credit score which will be based on how productive you are to society and how nice you are to others.
