Buildings and water

Old buildings would be demolished in key areas while keeping some for history. New eco-friendly buildings would be made with all useful technology built into all of them for equality with some being made to provide equity. Most water would be collected from rainfall and because of a lack of freshwater in most places, technology will be developed for ocean water to turn into freshwater or we might find a way to create our own water.
